Catherine has a BS in Interior Design/Human Ecology and has been designing for over 25 years, with an illustrious start at the design studio of J.L. Hudson in downtown Detroit.  She founded Commercial Design Associates in 1992.

Catherine also practices residential design as owner of Catherine E. Hornbach Interior Design. Her expertise in historic renovations, as well as traditional and contemporary settings has resulted in an extensive list of clients in the greater Lansing area.
